  • How can I pay my rent?
    Residents may pay their rent through their Tenant Portal, in our main office during business hours, or drop it off after hours through our mail slot.
  • What is considered an emergency repair?
    We place all emergency repairs as a priority even after hours. In the event of an emergency related to the condition of the Property that materially affects the physical health or safety of an ordinary tenant, we ask that you please call our office and submit an emergency text through the texting portal for a quicker response. Air Conditioning is not considered an emergency repair; however, we aim to handle this request with priority when requested through the portal even after hours.
  • Where can I submit a question or concern?
    You can submit any question during business hours through our texting portal system. Concerns and or complaints may be submitted through your Tenant Portal, or by email to jovanna@goldenkeyrgv.com.
